BB Infras is a trusted global supplier, stockist and exporter of industrial flanges — including weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, socket weld and lap-joint flanges — used across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water treatment, shipbuilding and infrastructure projects. Our extensive inventory and worldwide logistics capability make us a preferred partner for engineers, fabricators and procurement teams.
We supply flanges in a broad range of materials: Carbon Steel (A105 / A350), Stainless Steel (304 / 316 / 316L / 310), Alloy Steels (chrome-moly grades), Duplex & Super Duplex stainless steels (2205 / 2507), nickel alloys (Inconel®), corrosion-resistant alloys (Hastelloy®), Monel®, copper alloys (brass / bronze), and engineered options such as PTFE-lined flanges. This material breadth lets us match flange selection to pressure, temperature and corrosion environments.

All BB Infras flanges are manufactured and inspected to international standards such as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, API, DIN and EN standards. We supply flanges in all common pressure classes (150# to 2500#, PN6 to PN420) and in sizes from ½" up to large-diameter rings for piping and pressure-vessel applications. Each flange is supplied with the appropriate MTC and inspection documentation on request.
Quality control is central to our operations. Flanges are produced from certified billets/forgings, machined to finish, and undergo dimensional checks, face finish verification, hydrostatic/test flange fitting. For critical and exotic materials we provide PMI/chemical analysis, hardness tests and third-party inspection (TPI) as required by project specifications.
BB Infras supports custom and special requirements: RTJ (Ring-Type Joint) flanges for high-pressure service, raised-face or flat-face finishes, special bore polishing for hygienic systems, and PTFE linings for aggressive chemistry. We also offer machining services (drilling, facing, beveling) and full supply packages including bolts, gaskets and studs.

Flanges are essential components used in piping systems to ensure safe, leak-free, and efficient fluid or gas transfer across various industries. They connect, control, regulate, and support pipelines operating under different temperature and pressure conditions.
Flanges are widely used in onshore and offshore drilling operations, refinery pipeline systems, gas distribution networks, and high-pressure fluid transfer. Their corrosion resistance and temperature tolerance make them ideal for harsh environments.
These fittings are crucial in chemical processing plants, acid/alkali lines, solvent transfer systems, and hazardous chemical handling. Materials are selected based on corrosion resistance and compatibility with chemicals.
Flanges are used in boiler lines, steam pipelines, turbine systems, and cooling water networks. They withstand high pressure and extreme temperatures in thermal, nuclear, and renewable energy plants.
Applications include RO systems, filtration units, pumping stations, and municipal water supply lines. Fittings provide durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term leak-proof performance.
Stainless steel sanitary fittings ensure hygienic flow in dairy units, breweries, beverage manufacturing, and food processing systems. They prevent contamination and meet high hygiene standards.
Flanges are used in cleanroom piping, purified water systems, drug manufacturing units, and sterile processing operations. They comply with GMP and maintain contamination-free fluid handling.
Used in firefighting systems, HVAC networks, plumbing systems, and building pipelines. Flanges ensure reliable flow and structural stability across large infrastructure projects.
Marine-grade fittings are used in seawater pipelines, ballast systems, and fuel/oil transfer lines. They offer high resistance to corrosion in saltwater environments.
Essential for fuel injection lines, hydraulic systems, coolant pipelines, and high-pressure circuits. They withstand vibration, heat, and pressure fluctuations in vehicles and aircraft.
Flanges are used in slurry pipelines, ore processing systems, and high-abrasion environments. Alloy steel fittings provide strength, wear resistance, and durability.
